Yes! Many Golden Juju products make fun cast gifts, crew gifts, director gifts, and closing-night presents. If you're shopping for multiple people, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to let you know what options may be available.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?

Many Golden Juju items are made especially for you after your order is placed. Production and shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Please check the individual product page for current estimates and allow extra time during holidays and other busy shopping periods.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

8. What should I do if my Golden Juju order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item. We'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate replacement or resolution.

9. How do I choose the right apparel size?

Please check the size guide provided on the individual product page before ordering. Because many apparel items are made to order, we strongly recommend comparing the measurements in the size chart with a shirt or garment you already own and love.

10. Why the name Golden Juju?

Because we believe everybody could use a little good juju—especially before an audition, opening night, callback, performance, big meeting, or terrifying creative leap. Golden Juju is about humor, encouragement, creativity, and sending a little extra good energy out into the world.
